Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Gear

  Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
